All foods are sourced ethically, and locally as much as possible.

Our caterer Lynda goes out of her way to source the very best local items, including small producer organic where possible. Our beef was raised by the owners of the venue, and has been processed according to Australian Standards.

Ethical Meat - Selecting the Ethical Meat option means you will receive meals including animal products.

Vegetarian -Selecting the Vegetarian option means you will be served food containing eggs and dairy. You will not be able to receive any meat dishes throughout the weekend.

Vegan - Selecting the Vegan option means you will be served vegetables and plant foods. You will not be able to receive dishes including dairy, eggs or meat.

We can provide Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Nightshade Free and any special needs including allergies.

Our caterers work tirelessly to ensure everyone receives nourishing, delicious and nutritious meals specific to your needs.

As a general rule our main meals don’t include Dairy or Gluten, but there are always catered extras that can be added to your dish, like cheese or yoghurt or a selection of bread.

Your selections on the ticket purchase help us to get catering numbers correct from the start.

Gluten Free - select this option if you would like to avoid gluten. If you’re specifially ceoliac, you’ll be able to note that in the special notes during ticket purchase.

Dairy Free - select this option if you will be avoiding milk products. We provide plant milks and coconut products as alternatives.

Nightshade Free - select this option if you require no nightshades in your meals. Nightshades include tomato, capsicum, potato, eggplant and chilli.

Special - select this option if you have a special need, including an allergy to a particular food, that is not already listed in these options. You will be able to note your needs as you go through the ticket purchase.
