Use this option for Early Arrivals, with an attending Adult Carer, for all young people age 3-16.

This Ticket is for the 2026 Conference. Early Arrival 14th May, 2026.

Thursday checkin is an optional upgrade for arrival 2pm-8pm.

Early Arrival includes

🌿 Thursday dinner - 5.30pm

🌿 Meet the Educators - Thursday 7.30pm

🌿 Friday Breakfast - 7am

We offer a further Thursday Add-on in the Preconference intensive session : a three-hour fringe event with some of our educators on the Thursday evening 4pm-7pm. The Educators are announced in December.

Child Carer Agreement

By purchasing a Ticket for a young person age 3-16 you are agreeing to these terms and you understand children must be supervised / in adult care at all times outside of Kids Camp.

Especially, children must not be in these places without supervision :

  • Auditorium

  • Red Tent

  • Toilets / Amenities

  • Roads

  • Water

Carers understand the Upstairs Session room is a baby and child-free container when Sessions are occurring.

You. are welcome to take children to the upstairs space for chill out anytime there's no workshop in the space. Please leave it as you found it.

Other policies regarding children are in your program.

Please note if you and your children do not honour this agreement you may be asked to leave the event.
